The accommodation you’ll be staying in will be quality 3 or 4 star hotels; we’ve checked them out already so we know they’re perfectly suited to our customers’ needs.
There’s no need to pay everything all at once, as we have payment plans set up to make things more affordable for you, the customer. Speak to one of our members of staff about our staggered payment plans and we’ll endeavour to find a way that helps you spread your payments comfortably.
As we are not a ticket agent, we provide tickets only as part of our organised tours.
At present, all our travel is with our individually decked out minibuses, taking you from your pick up in the UK, over to the continent and back, including all travel in between, so no need for any taxi’s or public transport. We will be looking to add flights in the future to destinations further afield, but since so much of the fun is in the road trip itself, we feel there’s no need to add them to the destinations we currently have on our site.
All of our trips leave from London, unless stated otherwise. However, should you have a big group, we can arrange for pick ups from other UK destinations.
Our minibuses don’t have toilet facilities on board, however we make sure we have plenty of stops during our trips to accommodate for this. Unlike other companies we don’t have set rules in place for our travels so if you need to stop, just ask your driver and he’ll make sure he looks after you.
Before booking one of our trips, speak to one of our staff members and tell them the sort of thing you’re looking for, and we’ll advise you of the best trip to suit you or your group.
No, unfortunately we don’t offer trips shorter than 3 nights.
Whilst certain trips of ours would be suitable for 18+ only, there are many options that would be suitable for those younger than 18. Please look at our individual trips for age restrictions if any.
This will depend on the trips, but it will always be a minimum of two, unless your group want to see only one game and do other activities the rest of the time. It really depends on your group. Please note, on our scheduled trips, where we take multiple individuals or smaller groups together, we will visit two games in two countries.
Yes. If you are a large group, you may be split into two groups once inside the stadium, however where possible, we will make sure you all sit together. You certainly all won’t be sat separately!
Each tour comes with a driver and an English guide, so you’ll never have to worry about how to get from A to B, in addition, your guide will help gee-up the group and take you to places in each city where the locals go to have fun. After all, why would you want to be stuck in an expensive English bar when you could be paying a third of the price, mixing it with the locals and having a much better time?
Your Football Road Trips driver or rep will have your match tickets. They will hand them out before the match, or if you’re worried about losing them, they’ll be happy to hold onto them for you until we arrive at the stadium!
Absolutely. We endeavour to cater to the individual needs of all of our customers so where possible, we will organise tours centred around specific matches. Please speak to one of our staff for details. Please be aware, however, that certain matches are more expensive that others.
Though we love our football, it’s not ALL about the beautiful game. We can take you on stadium tours, brewery visits etc, depending on the cities we’re visiting. However, if there is something your group would like to do specifically, it is YOUR trip and we’ll happily organise any number of activities on request.
Of course they can come! The football is just one part of your trip, there’s plenty of other brilliant things you’ll be doing so no need to worry, your mate will have a great time. However, the atmosphere at the stadiums we visit is truly fantastic, and whether you like football or not, visiting one of these amazing European clubs is an experience you’ll never forget.
